MEDITATE TO REGENERATE ☺️
We’re about to enter the decade that history books will remember as the one that ushered in the END OF KALI YUGA, the Age of Darkness.
As we find ourselves moving more and more beyond duality we will soon discover all the precious treasures in ourselves and others.
So, HO-HO-HO! HOLD on to your hat and enjoy the sleigh ride 🛷
HAPPY NEW AGE! 😁 (Optimism is contagious 😉)
Lots of love💗
Edward and Brigitte
Year 2020 will be the last one of the age of materialism…
✨“The biggest and grandest alignment comes on December 21, 2020 when Jupiter joins Saturn in what’s referred to as the great conjunction. “✨
✨“These grand conjunctions come every 20 years, but this meeting has extra gravitas. It marks the end of a 200-year cycle of unions in earth signs that’s brought the age of materialism, banking, capitalism and corporations.”✨
✨“December 2020 kicks off a new 200-year cycle of unions in air signs. What that will bring isn’t entirely clear yet, but early indications are that thought, philosophy and truth will prevail. This is going to be a big shift.”✨

Everything we’ve generally accepted about human beings is quickly changing. As soon as we discover that we are much larger and more precious than our familiar shells, all the Game rules change. Our limited perception is expanding out into beautiful reality. This is what it’s all been leading up to.
More about the mysterious, enlightening ‘cool breeze’ appearing in our modern culture, and forgiveness that enables ‘thoughtless awareness’:
Sarayu = Wind: The name is the feminine derivative of the Sanskrit root सर् sar “to flow”; as a masculine stem, saráyu- means “air, wind”, i.e. “that which is streaming”.
“Wishing you and yours a great, memorable Christmas time!”
lots of love, Ed

… and the Party commences!
36 years ago today I crossed an essential threshold and embarked on an epic journey …
Almost every day since the 20th of April, 1982, I’ve been able to attain clarity, and briefly glimpse blissful Reality through the instrument of my central nervous system, and the state of thoughtless awareness.
The upward spiral unfolds, with wonderful surprises arising just around every curve.
More than anything else, I wish this for you.
(for full-size headphones or bass intense speaker system!)
In separation have I suffered long,
But now am glorified in the eternal bliss of Union.
And from my core,
That once was small,
The sound of Light
Expands to all.
Never will I shrink again
Into a ball of doubt and pain.
Forever forth, in inner sky,
I spread my wings and upward fly.
All Life pulsates within my breast.
I have become
The hollow drum.

1970 and 2018 TV interviews
He started feeling again like he was in some kind of fairy tale, where good was setting out to defeat evil. The furry edges of all the bustling silhouettes started glowing in the increasing light of a fierce bonfire as they neared their destination. The air was filled with the sounds of stomping feet in sand, grunts and panting, powerful ocean waves, the crackling of a huge fire, and the distant cawing of many crow-type birds. All the animal, jungle and beach smells were stunningly wild. The sky was almost dark overhead, where billions of watching stars had begun to twinkle. It was a night that would forever stretch, with its colorful events from the roots of history, up into the minds of the human race throughout all generations to come.
A few years ago a friend of ours was among the runners-up for a prestigious international short films award. After the viewing ceremony, a celebrity in the audience (Natalie Portman) sent Silvina a note telling that she had never felt such a deep experience from a spiritual film before.

happy Eddie — and friends — in his new attic sound-studio!
It’s never too late to follow your dreams.
I once told a friend of ours, a classical music conductor here in Vienna, that before I die, I’d love to be able to professionally sing a song and accompany myself simultaneously on the piano. He laughed and exclaimed, Before you die! Why don’t you do it right now? That was over ten years ago. I never tried.
It’s been forty-three years since I stopped playing piano and took up drumming. In June of 1969 I got the highest mark in Vancouver at grade one level piano with the Toronto Royal Conservatory, and at age fourteen completed eight of ten grades after just 3 1/2 years of some (almost) daily practice. I remember later, as a wayward teenager, sitting in my mom’s living room with the headphones on listening to Stevie Wonder pour out his magic, thinking — and feeling — how wonderful it would be to do that. Sometimes I would cry when the feeling became too real. I never completely lost that feeling, but it ended up getting buried deep down.
Often we have to just keep plodding along until our inner skies clear, and the sun finally comes out.
I could never have imagined that someday far away, when I was getting very close to oldness, I would finally have enough spontaneity and self-respect to simply open a piano and play around with it, at the same time opening my heart through my voice. The weight of old patterns in us may be an illusion, waiting for a fresh breeze to come around and disperse it. I guess we really can reach that legendary state of Second Childhood.
Never wait too long to amble forward and peek around that next bend. Something delicious your soul’s been thirsting for might be shining there, out where the buffalo roam!

Vincennes’ mayor put posters “Vote Yoann” on the walls of the town, on the walls of the schools, and organized a support evening! (before the contest finals)

In another newspaper interview (before the finals) Yoann explained that he’s not sure why he won over his old friend and teacher, Emmanuel Djob, but that the people voted that way, and maybe because he (Yoann) gave love from his heart, and maybe because coaches Jenifer and Florent Pagny were also supporting him; and that he does not get stressed or nervous because he practices meditation regularly, and music is an extension of his self, making no difference if he sings alone or in front of thousands, and seeking to perfect, not just the skills, but to go deeper to reach the true self; and this approach to singing is not restricted to one culture or religion, but can express all aspects of spirituality; and he will continue to sing, and someday hopefully create a music school in Paris. (In one more article, it’s mentioned that he meditated with other contestants, helping to calm their stress.)

Shri Mataji (Nirmala Srivastava), founder of Sahaja Yoga meditation, once told sahaja yogi Matt Malley, former bass player of the world famous Counting Crows band, that if he puts his attention on the kundalinis of the audience, it’s much better than just focusing on one’s own performance. He often tried it, finding that his eyes would become cool and his heart filled with love, ‘watching’ everyone’s pure spirits. Giving creatively to an audience from your heart can have amazing results. What the world needs now, is love, sweet love.

Some people draw-doodle to let out the unconscious creativity.
In 1995 I was intending to buy a typewriter to start writing stories, but someone told me to get a computer instead, because you can delete your mistakes. They suggested I contact a mutual friend who had computer experience. It turned out (happily!) that he was one of the relatively few Mac users in Austria at that time (there was one small Mac repair/retail shop in the whole of Austria then). I ordered a Powerbook 150 (with 240 MB — not GB — hard drive! 4 MB RAM, and tiny black and white screen) from the USA. It was the beginning of a priceless creative relationship which is still improving and expanding today. I’ve since upgraded my hardware every four or five years (my second Powerbook enabled me to taste —in color! — the early fruits of the World Wide Web) and got my first iPod in 2002, before they became universally popular. (And I’ve had my @mac — now @me — email address and web services for ten years running, which I can now even access from my ‘iPhone’.)
PC users argue that there’s nothing special about Macs, but it comes down to a simple preference based on the user’s inclination to work more with the left or right side of the brain. A mechanical (dryer) user will find Windows just fine, thank you very much; but a more artistic (wetter) user will enjoy the fun/intuitive/elegant style of Macs much more, smiling occasionally down upon the sarcastic PC fan.
We’ve come a long way along the road of creative communication. Let’s hope there may be many more Steve Jobs’ out here among the creative generation of babies and youngsters growing up in our midst.
Happy trails, Steve.
Best wishes, Ed

Now go create with a light heart!
Had a blast on the weekend here in Vienna! Here’s my compilation of Ossi, Boris, Andreas, Michi, Deepak, and Petra’s video/photo material.
Hope to see you at the next event 🙂
a guaranteed stress-reliever~♥~
My wife had the great honor of being invited to exhibit some of her new works in the English Garden of the historic Heldenberg site in Lower Austria. (And I had the challenging honor of transporting and carrying the massive things around! … less to do with ‘self-help’ than ‘husbandslave-help’ … but I do so love to see her happy.) 😉
They’ll be on public display there until October, where, no doubt, bus loads of tourists will be enjoying their special cool vibrations throughout the summer.
